The property (“the Farm”), which you are entering upon is privately owned by Crookes Brothers Limited, and is a working commercial farm involving active farming operations, including the movement of vehicles and equipment, working activities by employees and the use (including the spraying) of fertilizer and herbicide chemicals on the land and the crops growing on the Farm. In addition, the dams, water reservoirs, water ways and other water areas on the Farm are unprotected. These activities and installations are hazardous and can be dangerous. Your presence on the Farm, and/or your use of the amenities and/or facilities situate thereon are done so entirely at your OWN RISK. Crookes Brothers Limited, together with its subsidiaries, agents, employees, contractors and representatives stipulate that they, individually and collectively, ACCEPT NO LIABILITY, whatsoever, for any death or injury to any persons or any damage to or loss of property, howsoever arising, whether from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by any person who enters upon the Farm and/or uses the facilities and/or amenities thereon.

I, the undersigned, do hereby:-

1. INDEMNIFY and hold Crookes Brothers Limited, together with its subsidiaries, agents, employees, contractors and representatives, individually and collectively, as the case may be, harmless against any and all claims for death or injury to any persons or for any damage to or loss of property, howsoever arising, whether from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by me while I and/or my property am/is present on the Farm or from the use of any of the facilities and/or amenities at or on the Farm, or for any other purpose;

2. CONFIRM that I have read, and fully understand, the above disclaimer of liability and indemnity.
