“This home tells a story of warmth, belonging, and quiet refinement.
The design draws from classic farm architecture through its honest forms, natural stonework, timber cladding, generous rooflines, and sheltered outdoor spaces. These traditional elements are reinterpreted with a modern simplicity, creating a home that feels both familiar and contemporary.
Surrounded by rehabilitated nature and returning wildlife, the architecture sits gently within the landscape rather than dominating it. Open living spaces connect to gardens, trees, and wide estate views, allowing daily life to feel calm, grounded, and close to nature.
The design borrows from all elements within the estate, established pioneer homes, with rich history of the natal architectural landscape, old farm sheds, old stone chapel and a new age modern rhythm of living while appreciating the pauses that one experiences in the created spaces and in nature.”
