Defined by large, glazed areas, articulated delineation, and stereotomic elements, the home establishes a strong connection to the surrounding landscape while maintaining a calm and modest presence from the street.

The upper living level is organised around generous open-plan spaces that extend toward a covered entertainment balcony with integrated braai facilities, creating a natural setting for gathering and outdoor living. Positioned to embrace the valley outlook, the living areas are complemented by a private master suite, while the lower level accommodates additional bedrooms and an informal lounge, creating separation between shared and private spaces.
